North London’s Headie One recently released his full-length mixtape entitled ‘Music x Road’ with the project signaling his seventh installment in five years. The English rapper launches thumping tracks including collaborative songs with the likes of Nav and Stefflon Don.Trap-influenced instrumentals combined with the musician’s signature drill sound pulsate throughout the diverse musical endeavor. Highlights include “Interlude 100 Bottles” that features a subtle dance-inspired production with upbeat backing vocals, “Swerve” which slaps with trap beats and keys, as well as “Chanel” that pays homage to luxury designer brands.
