DOE Shanghai expands its retail presence in China taking on its very-own version of the historic Long March, with the 890-mile trek from Shanghai to the Southern city of Shenzhen — a city with a population of 12.50 million. With already two established store in the bustling Jingan and Xintiandi districts of Shanghai, this new store opens in the CBD district of Futian, and was designed with East Asian architecture in mind.
Taking on a minimal facade like its exciting store, the space opts for the material iron, wood and concrete with a host of natural elements like plants and crushed stones. In keeping with the branding, DOE COFFEE makes its way into the store complete with the wooden podium for guest to sit and read the number of magazines on display, all the while enjoying a cup of coffee.
