Medicom Toy and BAPE Drop Camo Shark Hoodie BE@RBRICK
Dropping at the Japanese toymaker’s upcoming exhibition.

Japanese toymaker Medicom Toy continues to stylize its BE@RBRICKS, following the previous Hanabi colorway with the latest Camo Shark iteration dressed in BAPE motifs. The new figure matches the recent BAPE BE@RTEE, both of which are heading to the company’s upcoming 2019 exhibition in Tokyo this month.
Available in sizes of 100%, 400% and 1000%, the figure will be on display at Medicom Toy’s exhibition at SPACE O in Omotesando Hills in Tokyo. Doused in red, blue and yellow, the BE@RBRICK is plastered with Medicom Toy and BAPE logos. Prints of a white zipper runs from the top of the head to the bottom of the torso, depicting BAPE’s iconic Shark hoodie when fully zipped up. The figure’s head is also emblazoned with eyes and jagged teeth, while the lower half of the body holds a clean glossy black finish, offering a nice contrast to the busy graphics.
The Medicom Toy x BAPE BE@RBRICK “Camo Shark” will be available at toymaker’s 2019 exhibition at SPACE O on July 20 as well as at medicomtoy.co.jp at 11 p.m. EST, August 3 in sizes of 100%, 400% and 1000% for $18, $92 and $554 USD, respectively.
Plenty of other special goods are on hand for Medicom Toy’s exhibition, including a Banksy-inspired monkey figure.
