Medicom Toy Comemorates Michael Jordan's First NBA Championship with "1991 World Champion" BE@RBRICK

Medicom Toy is saluting Michael Jordan‘s first NBA Championship season with a new set of BE@RBRICK figures (fittingly) titled “1991 World Champion.” With a trophy-esque gold color scheme and period-appropriate details, the new offering is a salute to one of the most seminal moments in Jordan’s Hall of Fame career and an accompaniment to other BE@RBRICK sets that celebrate everything from the GOAT’s rookie season in 1985 to his legendary “Last Shot” in 1998.
Available in both a 400%/100% combo set or a super-sized 1000% iteration, the “1991 World Champion” BE@RBRICK features a gold base atop which is laid a crisp rendition of the Bulls’ white-and-red home uniforms with Jordan’s #23. The devil’s in the details here, as Jordan’s famed black armband is saluted on the figure’s left arm and even the sneakers are period-correct: each of the figures is laced up in a rendition of the Air Jordan 6 “Black/Infrared,” one of the colorways Jordan wore most prominently on his quest for his first NBA title. NBA logos provide finishing touches on the humanoid figure’s jersey and shorts alike.
