Emotional Oranges Delivers New Visuals as a Claymation in a World of Anthropomorphic Fruits
Directed by William Child.
Rolling off its previous music video “Good To Me,” which released just last month, Los Angeles R&B duo Emotional Oranges has returned with new visuals, this time in the form of stop motion animation.
The music video was directed by William Child and brings to life clay characters of humanized oranges in a world anthropomorphic fruits. Measuring at just over three minutes, the visuals provide a short story of the song “Someone Else,” off Emotional Orange’s debut album The Juice Vol. 1, exploring themes of relationship troubles. Backed behind crisp snares and vibrant synths, the track sees the duo exchanging smooth vocals over a soulful mid-tempo groove.
