Brooklyn-based Dashiel Brahmann presents another refined range of tweaked menswear essentials, this time taking cues from New York’s nomadic moving process wherein renters constantly shuffle through a series of new living spaces as the rent rises and needs change. Brahmann’s signature touches are all intact, as various wardrobe staples all receive premium makeovers in sturdy textiles and accessible, boxy cuts.
Throughout the scenic lookbook, laid-back items like work jackets and co-mingle with hand-tailored suits — the latter is crafted by hand in Martin Greenfield’s legendary garment factory, though the whole offering is made in New York. Semi-sheer tencel and soft cotton inform the louche shirting, while sturdy work pants and drawstring easy pants reinforce the effortless motif that informs the rest of the range.
