Dave Persue's "Wet Paint" Project Features a Drippy Capsule Collection
With Philly graffiti legend ENEM.
Following NYC and Tokyo installments, LA-based artist Dave Persue has launched his latest “Wet Paint” exhibition in Philadelphia this past weekend. From wild style hand tags to whimsical character illustrations, the pop-up show included new local artist interpretations on the “Wet Paint” sign largely found within New York City subways.
Peruse also teamed up with Philly graffiti legend ENEM for an exclusive apparel and accessories capsule comprised of coveralls, hoodies, tees, and caps. ENEM’s signature flare is observed across the pieces with several boasting tie-dye motifs.
Although the pop-up has concluded, several items from the capsule are available for purchase at Lapstone & Hammer’s website.
In other unique presentations, Japanese artist Shoetree opened a sneaker planter pop-up in Harajuki’s Ciaopanic boutique.
