Nike Gives the Air Max Tailwind 4 an Icy-Blue Edition
Cooling it down with “Spirit Teal” details.
After Nike’s Air Max Tailwind 4 surfaced in a cotton candy-hued “China Rose” edition last week, the brand is giving the sneaker an icy-cool makeover with its upcoming “Spirit Teal” release. Doused in shades of blue and purple, the futuristic model gets balanced out with a white upper for a clean look.
The white overlays set the tone for the shoe, providing neutral elements along the mudguard, tongue, heel and midsole. Splashes of bright teal dominate on the quarter panel, toe cap and lace keeper, while violet details on the Air Sole window and the signature curved lines at the side panel accentuate the cool-colored combination. Cerulean “Air Max” logos throughout and a rich blue outsole add additional pops of color to round it all off.
Priced at $160 USD, the Nike Air Max Tailwind 4 “Spirit Teal” is slated to release on June 15 at Nike’s webstore.
