Medicom Toy's 2019 Exhibition Is Hitting Japan Next Month
BE@RBRICKs galore.

Medicom Toy’s annual exhibition in Japan descends upon Tokyo next month, as announced by the brand on its website and across social media earlier this week. The 2019 event will be held at Space O in the Omotesando Hills shopping center, taking place from July 20-25.
This year marks Medicom Toy’s 23rd anniversary, as well as the beginning of “Reiwa” in Japan, which ushers in a new era of emperorship for the country. As such, the toy manufacturer has declared that it is focused on “marching toward the future” for its upcoming exhibition, which will showcase several of its signature BE@RBRICK toys that have gained a cult-like following. Some of its popular releases in the last few seasons alone have included a collaboration with K-POP stars BTS, an homage to Muhammed Ali and a gold-chrome take on Spongebob Squarepants.
Tickets to the event are priced at ¥300 JPY (approximately $3 USD), and fans will be able to check out the space from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. JST.
