DaBaby Recreates His Louis Vuitton Store Fight for “Carpet Burn” Video

For the latest music video for DaBaby, the North Carolina rapper drops the visual for “Carpet Burn,” a track off his latest LP, Baby On Baby. The inspiration behind the video is the now infamous Louis Vuitton store incident between DaBaby and rival North Carolina rapper Cam Coldhart. Coldhart was beaten bloody, which was broadcasted on DaBaby’s Instagram to his followers. The music video was directed by ReelGoats. The second half of the video also contains the album cut, “Deal Wit It.”
Over the last few years, he has steadily been growing his fanbase with solid music and utilizing comedy in his music video. His single “Suge” is currently inside top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.
