Following last month’s one-of-one Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 4’s for Travis Scott, famed shoe customizer The Shoe Surgeon has dropped his latest creation, the “Lux” Rubberized Python Air Jordan 1. The iconic Jordan Brand silhouette has been elevated and reconstructed using premium rubberized python and a unique react ripstop material. As noted by the shoes overall design, the new sneakers channel Virgil Abloh’s various Air Jordan 1 iterations, toting boldly quoted text on the flaps as well as the outsole, a vibrant orange hit on the swoosh, as well as a hang tag in blue. Leather patch branding from The Shoe Surgeon marks the right shoe’s tongue.
