Nas & Lupe Fiasco Hint at Possible Collaboration
The two were seen in Nas’ Mass Appeal studio.

A collaborative track from Nas and Lupe Fiasco might be coming our way. Different photos of the two rappers have been uploaded on Instagram—one directly on Nas’ account from their time at the City Harvest Gala, and the other in the Mass Appeal studio with the words “It Was Written…” as the caption. This refers to Nas’ 1996 studio album of the same name, a record Fiasco publicly declared as his favorite hip-hop album and main source of inspiration. Fiasco even based his 2006 debut project Food & Liquor on the album’s conceptual style and moods, calling It Was Written a classic and a masterpiece.
