KAWS Teases New Companion & 'BFF' Centric UNIQLO UT Collaboration

Celebrated artist and recent Dior Homme collaborator KAWS has just teased his forthcoming collaboration with Japanese fast fashion retailer UNIQLO.
In the first short video posted to Instagram, KAWS’ Companion can be seen showcasing three different T-shirt styles featuring new drawings of a pink BFF Companion hugging a smaller Companion; a dissected Companion; and lastly a blue BFF Companion sitting on a ledge. Along with the clip KAWS captioned the video, “COMPANION was super disappointed that someone leaked photos of my new collection with @uniqlo so he thought it best to just show you a few…” As for the second clip, the Brooklyn-based artist’s blue BFF character unveils a range of graphic tees in kids sizes.
Although nothing else was shown, following KAWS’ longstanding collaborative efforts with UNIQLO UT, we can most likely expect more graphic tees, crewnecks, accessories and perhaps even a set of plushes.
