adidas Originals Celebrates Pride Month With Rainbow Flag Nizza Release
Giving the lop top canvas silhouette a signature LGBTQ+ rework.
adidas Originals continues to celebrate Pride Month with the release of a rainbow-adorned Nizza.
The Three Stripes previously showed off its 2019 “Pride Pack” featuring the UltraBOOST 19, Continental 80 and a pair of Adilette slides and now gives us a full look at its upcoming reworked retro canvas silhouette. The Nizza maintains its low top silhouette, vulcanized rubber sole and signature toe bumper for a true-to-original look, yet features a rainbow flag wrapped around its sole unit featuring the green, indigo and violet stripes on the right shoe, and red, orange and yellow on the left.
Its canvas upper features an appliquéd Trefoil logo on the lateral side of each shoe, delivered in the sneaker’s tonal hue of “Off-White.” Rounding off the Nizza “Pride Pack” is a rainbow-themed adidas logo on the tongue tab and a Pride-exclusive insole, printed with the slogan “Love Unites.”
The adidas Originals Nizza “Pride Pack” will release on May 31 for £54.95 GBP (approx. $70 USD) via adidas.com and select adidas Originals retailers.
