Marvel Characters Are Spotlighted in New UNIQLO UT Capsule
Designed by New York-based artist Jason Polan.
After unveiling its full Star Wars collaboration designed by NIGO, Jun Takahashi and Tetsu Nishiyama, UNIQLO is spotlighting another cultural powerhouse, Marvel Comics.
For this capsule, the fast fashion Japanese retailer tapped New York-based artist Jason Polan to design a bevy of vibrant graphics highlighting the comic book publisher and its large catalogue of superheroes and villains. Along with options featuring “Marvel Comics” and “The Avengers” motifs placed front and center, elsewhere The Hulk, Venom, Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man and more are showcased on sleeves and pockets. The UNIQLO UT Spring/Summer 2019 line is only comprised of T-shirts ranging from black and white to red, orange, navy, gray, and blue.
Those interested can purchase the Marvel Comics x UNIQLO UT Collaboration starting today at select UNIQLO retailers and online. Each tee retails for $14.90 USD.
