UPDATE: A new image has emerged from the Supreme x Jean Paul Gaultier collection. Once again shot by Collier Schorr, the photograph dons the cover for London bi-annual magazine Arena HOMME+. The shot features a reveal of new items for the collaborative collection — a grey bomber jacket with a metallic dual-branded embellishment, a floral-esque graphic hoodie, and a pair of metallic sunglasses. No further imagery is available.

Pick up Arena HOMME+ Issue 51: Summer/Autumn 2019 when it hits newsstands and bookstores the week of April 14.

ORIGINAL STORY: Supreme has just taken to Instagram to reveal that there’s a Jean Paul Gaultier collaboration on its way. The iconic French designer is known for his avant-garde approach towards clothing design, bending gender norms in the fashion industry early on, all while teetering on a fine line of art and fashion.

Catching his fair share of criticism and controversy throughout his career, it is only fitting that Jean Paul Gaultier was the next luxe name that Supreme chose to work with after Louis Vuitton. From the teaser image we can see a Pop-Art inspired jacket and pant combo in bold yellow with an all-over print graphic, but what’s sure to get fans excited is the checked blue, red and black mohair coat. Finishing off the look in the teaser image is a co-branded Gaultier/Supreme belt buckle done in JPG’s signature typeface.

Stay tuned as we’ll be updating you on the Supreme x Jean Paul Gaultier collaboration as more details and imagery arrive. The collection is expecting to hit Supreme stores and online on April 11.
