Marvel Partners With Huffer for a Cold-Weather Capsule Fit for Superheroes
Cosigned by the one and only Desiigner.
As the southern hemisphere heads into the cooler seasons, Marvel and New Zealand streetwear brand Huffer have teamed up to deliver a superhero-worthy capsule collection to save comic aficionados from the impending cold, in celebration of the imminent theatrical release of Avengers: Endgame on April 24.
The capsule is headlined by the Huffer x Marvel SuperDown jacket, which features a 100% waterproof 3L PU outer with bonded backing, alongside heat-sealed sealed bonded chambers packing 100% Goose Down at 600 power fill to keep users preternaturally warm and dry even in the most challenging of weather conditions. The lining is the main draw thanks to artwork by Australian Marvel Comic artist Wayne Nichols. Limited to only 120 pieces worldwide, this jacket is sure to be the most coveted amongst the offering. Rounding out the capsule are the Street Down and Rainshell jackets, as well as, co-branded hoodies and T-shirts.
As a longtime friend of Huffer founder Steve Dunstan, chart-topping rapper, songwriter and producer Desiigner is the face of the collaboration’s campaign and is set to perform at a launch event in Melbourne in mid-April. “The event itself will celebrate all things heroic from the collaboration itself through to Desiigner, and of course, our fans who will be guests at the event. Community is everything for Huffer so inviting our fans is only fitting,” says Dunstan.
