Onitsuka Tiger Drops "Horizonia" Trainer in Sporty "Midnight Blue/Citrus"

The sporty color combination of yellow and blue has seeped its way onto the likes of adidas Originals’ ZX 500 RM, Off-White™’s Arrow Running Sneaker and Nike’s ACG React Terra Gobe, among others this season. Japanese-based shoe company Onitsuka Tiger is now revisiting the classic trend for itself, coating its latest Horizonia trainer in a bold “Midnight Blue/Citrus” colorway.
The style has been inspired by the brand’s heritage trail models, while the addition of certain technical details give it a contemporary take. Rich blue mesh and suede paneling comprise the upper, while the label’s crossed stripes logo in yellow and white bring a bright touch. For the technological elements, arch-supporting FuzeGEL material has been injected into the midsole and an OrthoLite insole has been provided for enhanced comfort. A brown suede heel and cream outsole give the footwear a dash of neutrals, finishing it all off.
