Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong Star in Netflix Animated Comedy 'Tuca and Bertie'
From the creators of “BoJack Horseman.”
Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong star in Netflix’s upcoming animated comedy series Tuca and Bertie, the latest project from the team who made BoJack Horseman. The series focuses on another world that filled with birds and plant humanoids, particularly two 30-year-old bird-women who are roommates.
Haddish voices the carefree Tuca while Wong voices the anxious Berie. Steven Yeun plays Berie’s boyfriend and Tessa Thompson is slated to make a guest appearance on the show’s first 10-episode season. Names like Reggie Watts, Nicole Byer, Richard E. Grant, John Early, Tig Notaro, Amber Ruffin, Jermaine Fowler, and more are also expected to appear.
