Nike Zoom KD 12 Hits the Court in Classic University Red
The tech-infused baller receives a timeless color combo.

Kevin Durant’s latest signature sneaker, the Nike Zoom KD 12, is returning to the courts in a vibrantly colored “University Red” iteration. The new colorway dawns a red basis that is contrasted with black hits throughout, including various Nike and KD branding that marks the medial and heel regions.
The shoe features an ultra-plush Flyknit upper, toting a new and improved Flywire construction that allows for better movement on and off the basketball court. Stitched to the upper directly beneath the sock-liner and above the midsole is a unique strobel that actively responds to the player, ensuring that the best structure and foot-bed support is maintained while on the court. The upper is further met with a full-length Zoom Air cushioning system and outsole, featuring a curved midsole that utilizes lateral TPU stabilizers.
You can check out the new “University Red/Black” colorway above, and if you’re interested in picking up a pair for yourself they will be available at Nike.com and select stockists like Sneakersnstuff on May 1. The retail price is set at $159 USD.
In case you missed it, the Nike React Element 87 gets doused in new “Red Orbit” and “Orange Peel” colorways.
