March 27, 2019: Nike and Paul George are continuing its cosmic collaboration with the upcoming PG3 “Apollo Missions,” an iteration crafted in celebration of the moon landing’s 50th anniversary. While renderings or official photos have yet to be released, onlookers can expect the pair to dawn a white and metallic gold colorway, suggesting a possible spacesuit-inspired look.
Meanwhile, the line’s predecessor “NASA” came dressed in an orange, blue and metallic silver color scheme, and took cues from NASA’s Armstrong Building 703 in the small forward’s hometown of Palmdale, California. The silhouette was released earlier this January.
The Nike PG3 “Apollo Missions” is expected to drop this April with a price tag of $120 USD at select retailers and nike.com. Check back shortly for the official images to this upcoming colorway.
