New 'Game of Thrones' Poster Is Causing the Internet to Blow up With Theories

After dropping an eerie clip teasing the great war’s aftermath, HBO has just shared a new Game of Thrones poster that is causing an Internet frenzy.
Seen within the poster the show’s main characters that are still alive after Season 7, including Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Arya Stark, Bran, and so forth, are half-submerged and unconscious in the snow and ice; a similar visual was shown in the first episode of the series. Together their bodies form the shape of the Iron Throne.
The new poster shared via HBO’s social media account has quickly given birth to multiple threads on reddit, including fan theories on who will ultimately sit on the Iron Throne and who will tragically die according to their position, Time reports. Fans have suggested that those placed on the left side of the poster will be the ultimate survivors, while those on the right will ultimately see their end. Fans are sure to be devastated by the end of GoT‘s final season which airs April 14 on HBO.
