Drake Is Co-Hosting BBC Radio's 1Xtra Rap Show This Weekend
Alongside DJ Tiffany Calver.
BBC Radio’s 1Xtra Rap Show has announced that Drake will serve as co-host this weekend, joining alongside Tiffany Calver who regularly helms the London-based program. The digital radio station shared the news on Twitter earlier today, previewing a clip of the two during their pre-recorded session.
In the 30-second spot, Drake asks Calver who is the last celebrity to slide into her Instagram DMs, leading them to sing one of the artist’s popular tracks. Scroll below to watch the video and get a peek at what’s to come.
The rapper’s on-air session marks a stop along his Assassination Vacation tour in the U.K. and Europe, in which Calver is currently his DJ for the concerts. The event kicked off in Manchester, U.K. last month and concludes in Amsterdam on April 26.
Catch the full radio show this Saturday, April 13 from 9 p.m. – 11 p.m. BST.
