Stüssy Puts Together an Otherworldly Dr. Octagon Capsule
Honoring ‘Dr. Octagonecologyst.’
Shortly after dropping a “World Tour” collection, Stüssy recently put together a capsule centered around the Kool Keith‘s surreal and abstract character Dr. Octagon.
Tapping into the story built around Keith’s character, the special range is supposedly comprised of merch from the extraterrestrial surgeon’s Planet Earth Tour (2023 AD.). Expressing the otherworldly elements, the new T-shirts come decorated with a news clipping reporting what can only be called “fake news.” The hoodies in the range celebrate the iconic artwork of the Dr. Octagonecologyst album which brought the talents of Kool Keith, Dan the Automator and DJ Qbert together
