The 2019 CFDA Awards nominees are in, and amongst those that have a chance to take home the top honor is Off-White™’s Virgil Abloh, who appears twice on the list, along with fashion darlings Rick Owens, Thom Browne and Marc Jacobs. Notably appearing for the first time ever on the list is Heron Preston who is nominated for Emerging Designer of the Year. NYC brands Pyer Moss and Sies Marjan have also been recognised.
Each nominated designer was chosen from a panel of over 1,500 CFDA members, fashion editors, retailers, and stylists who are collectively known as the Fashion Guild.
