Ben Baller Designs BAPE-Inspired Puffy Link Chain for Kid Cudi
Featuring “stoner eyes” requested by Cudi.
Ben Baller has shared his latest custom jewelry piece to follow up his previous design for Elon Musk. The celebrity jeweler’s newest customer is Kid Cudi. Taking inspiration from Cudi’s days at BAPE, the melodic artist is reimagined as one of the streetwear house’s popular cartoon characters — artwork courtesy of Nigo — in a mix of black, white, cognac, canary and blue diamonds. The pendant is also drenched in pink sapphires and red rubies to complement its 18K rose gold base. Flipping over to the back of the pendant you’ll find “General Cud” engraved just above a graphic resembling the cover of Kid Cudi’s Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon album.
