Channel Tres Shares Silky House-Swinger "Brilliant N***a"

Compton-based up-and-comer Channel Tres is arguably one of the most intriguing and invigorating artists in the music industry. So much so that even Elton John has gone out of his way to call him “a fresh and brilliant singer/songwriter.” Trudging forth, Tres has managed to eclectically blend uniquely Detroit-style house music with hip-hop tonalities on his latest track “Brilliant N***a.”

The new track employs a silky-smooth house beat with a lush vocal accompaniment by the artist, which incorporates some vibrant flute work that helps in creating the uniquely upbeat soundscapes. As stated via Instagram, Tres put out the new track in commemoration of his upcoming tour alongside Robyn and hip-hop powerhouse Vince Staples – he will be performing at various shows over the next couple months.
