Known for drawing from a wide array of cult references, designer Jun Takahashi put together a set of kaiju T-shirts for UNDERCOVER‘s Spring/Summer 2019 collection.

More specifically, Jun drew the inspiration from the gargantuan monsters from iconic Japanese series, Ultraman. The graphic driven pieces feature kaijus surrounding Tokyo’s Shibuya roadway and New York’s famed Statue of Liberty. Subtly distressed, the shirts come finished with ominous back prints.

Priced at $315 USD, the UNDERCOVER SS19 Kaiju “Tokyo” and “Paris” T-Shirts are available now at MATCHESFASHION.COM.

For more contemporary fashion, maharishi celebrates the Year of the Pig with a Lunar New Year capsule.
