In celebration of the 2019 Lunar New Year, maharishi put together a capsule collection celebrating the year of the pig.

The special range honors the twelfth creature in the zodiac with an array of interesting references. Leading the capsule is a tour jacket decorated with an intricate rear embroidery of Zhu Bajie, from the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West. The outerwear piece features a compact woven cotton construction for a durable and clean finish. Rounding up the range is a selection of organic graphic T-shirts centered around the dim sum staple char siu bao and ancient Chinese paper-cutting.

The Lunar New Year capsule is set to release in-store London & New York and online at maharishistore.com and END. Clothing 11 a.m. GMT February 4.

For more contemporary fashion, 1017 ALYX 9SM’s SS19 collection is now available for pre-order.
