Alexander Wang & Barneys' Freds Restaurant Launch Festive Lunar New Year Burger
The latest installment in the “Designer Burger” series.
In celebration of Lunar New Year, Barneys‘ Freds restaurant tapped Alexander Wang for the latest installment of its “Designer Burger” series.
Serving as a nod to Wang’s Chinese-American heritage, the festive item features a braised Chinese Five Spice short rib tossed with fresh scallions piled on a griddled flat bun. Optional accouterments include pickled carrots and turnip and coriander leaves. The burger also comes accompanied by a set of spiced steak fries and a Peach Palmer bubble tea courtesy of the Boba Guys.
Alexander Wang’s “Designer Burger” is available now at all Barneys’ Freds locations for a limited time only.
