Sonos Unveils Architectural Speaker Trio for Indoor & Outdoor Use

Sonos and Sonance have teamed up for a line of Architectural Speakers which the duo unveiled today. The three new speakers can be used for indoor or outdoor use, depending on the style, and were created to work seamlessly with Sonos’ Amp technology.
An In-Ceiling speaker, In-Wall speaker and Outdoor speaker comprise the trio of models. When connected with Amp, the In-Ceiling and In-Wall editions unlock the Trueplay™ system which determines the room’s technical specifications, automatically adjusting the EQ for the most ideal sound. The Outdoor version marks the first for the brand and features a weatherproof design which is intended to protect against a number of environmental conditions. Each rendition is equipped to work with all major streaming services.
Sonos’ In-Wall by Sonance and In-Ceiling by Sonance speakers are available for pre-order now on Sonos.com for $599 USD each. The Sonos Outdoor by Sonance is priced at $799 USD and expected to release in April.
