South Korean girl group BLACKPINK — who will be performing at this year’s Coachella — made their first big TV appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night (Feb. 11). The group performed their single “Ddu-du Ddu-du,” their single off their debut album Blackpink in Your Area that dropped in December.

The girl group are becoming a massive global phenomenon and are catching music lovers’ attention stateside. They have only been active since 2016 but have built a cult-like following few have ever seen before in history. For the Colbert performance, it’s pretty cool that they didn’t switch their lyrics to English but the crowd was definitely not the demographic that will be streaming BLACKPINK’s music. Check out the Colbert performance above.

To go along with the performance debut, BLACKPINK shared the dates for their North American tour, which starts in April See those below.

TOUR DATES:
4/12 – Indio, CA @ Coachella
4/17 – Los Angeles, CA @ The Forum
4/19 – Indio, CA @ Coachella
4/24 – Chicago, IL @ Allstate Arena
4/27 – Hamilton, ON @ FirstOntario Centre
5/01 – Newark, NJ @ Prudential Center
5/05 – Atlanta, GA @ Infinite Energy Arena
