Bandulu Street Couture Honors Colin Kaepernick With Special Superbowl T-Shirt
Donating all proceeds of the limited drop to charity.
Ahead of the big game, Bandulu Street Couture wants to remind the public that they haven’t forgotten about Colin Kaepernick‘s ongoing boycott. The New York-based label is preparing to release a limited Kaepernick-emblazoned T-shirt on the same day as the biggest game of the football season.
Printed with six photos of Kap and teammates Eric Reid & Eli Harold, the shirt features Bandulu branding sources from various NFL team logos, not including Kaepernick’s own team, the 49ers. All proceeds of the one-off shirt will benefit The Brooklyn Youth Sports Club in helping student athletes pursue enrollment in college.
Look for the charitable shirt to drop on Bandulu’s website on February 3, Superbowl Sunday.
Recently, there was some consternation regarding Kaepernick’s approval of Travis Scott’s Superbowl halftime performance.
