WACKO MARIA Releases "Maria" Incense Burner in All-Black Edition
Flipping the script from last year’s all-white version.

WACKO MARIA is back in the holiday spirit with a new iteration of its Virgin Mary-inspired “Maria” Incense Burner. After last year’s clean white edition, the Tokyo-based label has returned with an all-black version of the home decor for those seeking a darker aesthetic.
The piece was made in Japan and is crafted of 100% ceramic just like its previous counterpart. It’s been drilled with holes in the center that form the shape of a cross, allowing the incense smoke to waft through Virgin Mary’s frame. The figurine is then finished off with star-shaped engravings on the back, and even more holes for her eyes to add a slightly cryptic touch.
The Maria Incense Burner is priced at $290 USD and available now from WACKO MARIA’s webstore. Elsehwere for the brand, it recently dropped off a series of graphic-heavy parkas for the season.
