Takashi Murakami & OVO Announce "Surplus" Collection
The “Flower Owl” returns.
Takashi Murakami & Drake‘s OVO imprint has just announced a second collaborative release. This time around, the collaborative motif of October’s Very Own and Takashi Murakami’s “Flower Owl” character are placed over a number of army surplus staples. The colorful character features pastel hits on its petals, wing, and foot, and can be seen obscuring the word “ARMY” on the front of the T-shirts.
Pieces from the collection include a hoodie ($268 USD), T-shirt ($58 USD), beanie ($48 USD), and a M65 jacket ($398 USD). The collection can be found over at OVO’s web store, all OVO flagships, and KaiKai KiKi‘s Tonari no Zingaro store this December 20.
