Swatch Reissues Its Jellyfish Timepiece in 'Big Bold' Size
Measuring 13mm larger than the original model.
Watch collectors now have the chance to get their hands on a cult classic Swatch timepiece, albeit reimagined to a significantly larger size.
In expanding the roster for its Big Bold series, the Swiss watchmaker has crafted a blown-up version of its iconic 1985 Jellyfish, bringing the original 34 mm case to a more modern 47 mm measurement. Aside from the increased size, however, much of the original design elements have been retained, with the transparent dial and case giving full view of the quartz movement beneath the bauhaus-styled red, blue, and yellow hands, paired with a translucent caseback and a silicone strap.
