Nike SB Dunk Low "Raygun" With Tie-Dye Graphics Makes an Early Return on StockX
Arriving in both white and black colorways.
First released in 2005, the Nike SB Dunk Low “Raygun” was incredibly revered in the Nike SB era and now its returning with two new colorways featuring tie-dye graphics in the Nike SB Dunk Low “Raygun” Tie-Dye and the Nike SB Dunk Low “Raygun” Tie-Dye White. The sneakers were originally inspired by Rosewell Rayguns, a fictional ABA team that was the focus of a Nike ad campaign during the 2002 NBA Playoffs, and notably enough this silhouette was a known favorite from the SB founding father Sandy Bodecker, who passed away in 2018. Bodecker often sported a similar Rayguns hoodie, which ofcourse, lead to this latest release set to honor his memory with this duo of new iterations. On StockX, the Nike Dunk Low “Raygun” Tie-Dye White has amassed an average sale price of $360 USD while trading at a massive 207% over MSRP.
The Nike SB Dunk Low “Raygun” Tie-Dye is arriving in both white “Home” and black “Away” iterations and sticks to the shoe’s original design for the most part. The classic SB silhouette sees a hint of trippy tie-dye graphics added onto the quarter panels, heel tab, heel counter and insole with a “58” patch sitting clean on the inside tongue. Additionally the design’s tie-die prints come through in abstract shapes and bold hits of yellow and orange hues. Finally rounding out the shoe is a black leather forefoot and an embroidered alien graphic that appears on the lateral heel.
