'Reno 911!' Has Been Picked up for a New Season
Some of the original crew will be coming back.

A decade after its sixth and (at the time) final season aired in 2009, cult classic Reno 911! is now getting a seventh season after the upcoming mobile streaming platform Quibi picked up the Comedy Central show.
According to reports, the show’s creators and stars Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Thomas Lennon have all been confirmed to return to the show in their respective roles. While other original cast members haven’t been confirmed yet, both Quibi and Comedy Central have teased their returns as well.
“We are very excited to partner with Ben, Kerri and Tom, three of the most gifted multi-hyphenates in comedy, to bring more of their iconic series RENO 911! to the world,” said Comedy Central’s Co-Heads of Original Content Sarah Babineau and Jonas Larsen. “Fans demanded this for a long time and Comedy Central Productions and Quibi are thrilled to help answer that kind of 911 call.”
For now, no official release date has been announced, but Quibi is set to launch April 2020, so fan’s of the cult hit should definitely stay tuned for more updates to come.
Elsewhere in entertainment, Kevin Feige has confirmed that WandaVision will affect the “entire future Phase 4 of the MCU.”
