Bentley Celebrates Pikes Peak Win With Special Edition Continental GT
A fitting achievement for its 100th anniversary.
Bentley has wrapped up its 100th anniversary this year in style, breaking the record for fastest production car to complete the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb with its Continental GT. In celebration of this amazing achievement during one of the British automaker’s most important years, Bentley is now releasing a special edition of its 6.0-L W12 coupe, limited to just 15 units made.
In honor of the actual GT that made the record-breaking run, the special edition is dressed in a similar green Radium paint from Mulliner, coupled with elegant gloss-black accents adorning the car’s exterior. Completing the look are acid-green brake calipers and 22-inch Gloss Black Driving Specification wheels from Mulliner wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Color Edition tires lined with Radium accents. The exotic color scheme extends into the interior, with Alcantara panels paired with Radium stitching and carbon fiber accents. As an additional nod to the company’s centenary anniversary, buyers also have the option of adding a white “100” graphic on the front grille.
While there’s no specific release date for the new special edition Continental GT, Bentley is expected to start taking orders this month, and those interested can head over to the automaker’s website to learn more.
