1$T Steps in Front of the Mic for 'Tokyo Project'
Equally sharing a making-of documentary for the project.
Following the release of “Velvet,” super-producer/rapper 1$T (formerly FKi 1st) has shared Tokyo Project, the first solo effort from the Atlanta-based artist in three years following his Mad Decent-released Good Gas mixtape series.
The project shows 1$T honing in on his talent behind the mic — each of the album’s eight tracks have been produced, written, and performed by 1$T. Earlier this year he and his Good Gas crew embarked on a transformative trip to Japan, with Tokyo Project spawning from the inspirational period. While there he also began working on his forthcoming Good Gas Tokyo installment, recording alongside Young Coco, KOHH, and many more.
You can stream Tokyo Project below. 1$T’s time in Tokyo and work on Tokyo Project and Good Gas Tokyo is also highlighted in a recently-released documentary, viewable above.
