The Nike Kyrie 6 "Enlightenment" Plays Tricks on Your Eyes
Toying with the idea of perspective.
Shortly after the release of its Preheat collection, Nike and Kyrie Irving are back to offer yet another iteration of the Kyrie 6.
Dubbed “Enlightenment,” the basketball silhouette toys with the idea of perspective, featuring a subtle heel eye graphic that’s more visible only at certain angles. The model arrives with a mesh and suede upper dipped in hues of dark purple, complemented by hits of green, red, yellow and blue inspired by camera light filters that change the appearance of images and films to alter perception. A white swoosh can be found stitched on the ankle, along with additional branding hits on the tongue, heel and outsole.
