Following the release of the first installment of his boom bap heavy The Chauncey Hollis Project EP earlier this month, super producer-meets-rapper Hit-Boy has returned with the second installment for the project. Continuing with the old school sound he previously showcased, the second part of the project sees Hit-Boy continuing to showcase an introspective look into his life and career.

The three news cuts — “Keep Dreamin’,” “Waterman,” and “Mood Change” — showcase Hit-Boy’s unrivaled approach to production, whereby he raps out various verses that highlight his ups and downs. On the last track, “Mood Change,” he enlists Thurz for a well-placed cameo.

You can stream The Chauncey Hollis Project EP in its entirety below.

For more new music, Tinashe and G-Eazy just dropped a visual for “So Much Better.”
