G-Eazy Stars in a Black & White Crime Drama for "Hittin Licks" Video
A highlight of his recent ‘Scary Nights’ EP.
Last month, G-Eazy released a new EP titled Scary Nights. Made up of eight new records, G-Eazy’s Scary Nights EP featured guest contributions from Gunna, Miguel, Moneybagg Yo, French Montana, The Game and others, while the project’s production was cooked up Boi-1da, Sevn Thomas, JetsonMade, Nik Dean, Ben Billions, Nils and more. Now, revisiting Scary Nights‘ Sarato- and Charlie Heat-produced solo cut, the Bay Area superstar is introducing a new music video for “Hittin Licks.” A cinematic offering, the visual for “Hittin Licks” allows G-Eazy to star in his very own black and white crime drama.
“Bonnie and Clyde, no reason to switch / Ready to die, it’s just me and my bitch / We out to Dubai when the seasons switch / Left some girls in the past, I ain’t seen ‘em since,” G-Eazy raps on “Hittin Licks.” “Call from the plane as it takes off for you / Came to see you, took some days off for you / One life to live, I would die for you / Whatever you ask, you know I would supply for you.”
