According to reports, Conor McGregor is set to fight in the octagon once again this year. Interestingly, the MMA superstar will be moving up to the welterweight division to face Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.
Before stepping away from the octagon after his loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov last year, McGregor served as both the featherweight and lightweight champion in the UFC. The fight with Cerrone will be the third time McGregor has moved up to the 170-pound weight division.
Conor McGregor is expected to make his return to the octagon against Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 January 18. Stay tuned for more details.
