Directly following the debut of the visual for his So Much Fun collaboration with Lil Uzi Vert “What’s the Move,” Young Thug continues to support his latest studio project by hitting the late-night circuit for a special live performance of another one of So Much Fun‘s collaborative cuts. This time around, the Atlanta superstar reconnects with Gunna for a marching band-backed live rendition of their So Much Fun highlight “Hot” for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

“I used to always go to the studio to pull up on him. We’d just smoke, vibe out, on some cool shit,” Gunna shared with Billboard back in 2018, opening up about the origins of his artistic relationship with his “Hot” collaboration Young Thug and recalling their initial creative interactions. “One day, we were high in the studio, we did a song and that shit went hard. The song never came out or nothing though, it was just hard.”

“[Thug] got a real good ear for music,” Gunna added. “He instilled in me that you gotta to keep working. Of course, you’ll get achievements, but shit, we just gotta keep working. Everyday I’m in the studio, me and and him are in the studio everyday. That’s one thing that just stuck and is going to keep us in the mix, in the loop, and in this industry.”

Last week, Gunna linked up with G-Eazy for the music video in support of their Boi-1da-produced Scary Nights collaboration and single “I Wanna Rock.”
