Served with a sponge cake crumb bottom.

Starbucks gets festive once again with its latest news of a “Merry Strawberry Cake” frappuccino. Just days after the announcement of the Halloween-themed charcoal-infused “Phantom” frappuccino, the Japan-exclusive “Merry Strawberry Cake” flavor is launching to celebrate the Christmas holiday.
The drink features layers of fresh fruit, strawberry syrup, cake-flavored milk foam, and pieces of crunchy dehydrated strawberry; topped off with whipped cream and a base of shortbread and sponge cake. Those in Japan can experience the “Merry Strawberry Cake” frappuccino starting from November 1 where prices will start at $5.40 USD for a tall size serving.
In other food-related news, Popeyes is rumored to be prepping for the return of its chicken sandwich.
