Following last year’s brooding Lover Chanting EP and their recent collaboration alongside BADBADNOTGOOD, Swedish quartet Little Dragon has returned with a brand new single entitled “Tongue Kissing,” continuing with their immaculately-tuned take on off-kilter synth-pop. Alongside the new single, the group has announced a heavy run of more than 30 tour dates across Europe and North America, set to kick off early next year.

Continuing in much of the same vein that they’ve come to be known for, the new track continues in highlight vocalist Yukimi Nagano’s unrepeatable cadence and delivery. This is all set to the backdrop of funky-tinged synths and a load of various instrumentation, offering up a total package that remains equal parts dreamy and playful. In a recent press release, the band noted that “the song is very much about taking brave steps, facing your own demons and tongue kissing with life, not holding back but going all-in with all that it entails, every moment in your face.”

You can stream “Tongue Kissing” below. All 2020 tour dates can be found below.

For more music news, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross will release their Watchmen score across three albums.
