New 'Death Stranding' Trailer Features the Game's Star-Studded Cast

A new trailer for Hideo Kojima‘s Death Stranding has surfaced, showcasing the game’s star-studded cast. Packed with heavyweight voice talent, the video highlights the skills of Norman Reedus, Guillermo del Toro, Mads Mikkelsen, Lea Seydoux and more.
The footage above showcases the most action yet previewed thus far in comparison to previous trailers throughout the years. It also features the cast’s Japanese dub without any English subtitles, making the high-concept sci-fi cinematics’ dialogue a bit hard to comprehend for those not fluent. Indeed, much about Kojima’s latest title is difficult to comprehend. Despite being announced way back at E3 2016, very little of the game’s plot of gameplay mechanics have been explained much at all outside of its loose post-apocalyptic narrative structure and urinating mechanic.
It has been announced that the embargo for reviews will lift November 1, a week ahead of its release. The tactic may frame the game in a new light and remove some of the mystery behind it, which has arguably become a bit of a hindrance for fans at this point.
Death Stranding finally launches for PS4 November 8.
