Apple TV App Debuts on Amazon Fire TV Devices
Apple plans to support more Amazon models in the coming months.

Apple has introduced its Apple TV app to Amazon‘s streaming devices a week before its own streaming service officially launches. Apple TV app is currently available on the Fire TV Stick 4K, the Fire TV Stick (2nd Gen), and the Fire TV Basic Edition. The app will allow users to watch Apple’s upcoming original content when it arrives on November 1 and has plans to support more Amazon models in the coming months.
The app will also allow users to stream films previously purchased through iTunes as well, even rentals if they were purchased through iTunes originally. Apple TV is already available on Samsung products and Apple confirmed it would roll out support for other TVs such as LG, Sony, and Vizio. It appears Apple is attempting to make its original content as accessible as possible for consumers.
Apple TV Plus will officially launch November 1 with nine shows, including The Morning Show and See.
