Sneaker Shopping has returned for the new year with one of skating’s biggest legends. For the latest installment of a new season, Tony Hawk joins Joe La Puma at Stadium Goods in New York City. The two kick things off reminiscing about the importance of the Air Jordan 1 and how it not only impacted basketball, but skating as well. The two continue the discussion with Lance Mountain‘s Air Jordan 1 collaboration and also touch upon the powerful impact that Vans has had on skating culture over the years. Ahead of Tony Hawk copping a few pairs for his family, he shares his take on how Supreme has dominated streetwear plus the early days of his own affordable clothing line which was made available at department store Kohls.

Watch the full interview above. Skate fans can also take a look at the Cleveland Cavaliers-inspired NBA x Nike SB Dunk High.
